The communication with the accommodation prior to arrival was poor and the check-in process was confusing.

I appreciated the place. This apartment is a good base for staying in Inverness. Thanks to absolutely kind staff. It has new-fashioned room provided with the bedroom, appliance to use, for example.
The location is a bit noisy.

The location of the property was excellent, with easy access to shops, bars, and great places to eat. It was also within walking distance to popular attractions in the area. The hosts were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us with parking and getting our car into a tight spot. the heating in the flat worked perfectly and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The Wi-Fi signal in the flat was unreliable, although it was better in the hallway.
